Big Skies

In each of these paintings the subject is, to varying extents, the sky.   Each of these works was created using a very limited palette, and earth colours played a significant part.

Dick experienced these particular skies while walking in Orkney, North Wales, and Dorset - by the Fleet Lagoon. He intends to make some new 'Sky' works, again with a limited palette, some at least on wood panels, and including some larger works.
